On a regular basis, we are offering 1 day or 2 day SimWalk Airport seminars for SimWalk users or potential users that deliver a general and technical introduction into pedestrian modeling and working with SimWalk Airport.
SimWalk Airport seminars are made public or can be ordered as in-house trainings by contacting us directly.
SimWalk Airport seminars are usually delivered in the following format, but can be adapted on request:
Day 1 / morning - SimWalk Airport introduction
- Basics of passenger modeling
- SimWalk Airport introduction and overview
- SimWalk in general and airport features (modeling check-ins, security check points, gates etc.)
- Working with SimWalk Airport (plan preparation, passenger specification etc.)
- Simulation and analysis
- Questions and answers
Day 1 / afternoon - SimWalk Airport project work
- Working with a customer or arranged project
- First steps (plan preparation etc.)
- Applying project specific features (e.g. airport operations etc.)
- Simulation and analysis
- Questions and answers
Day 2 / morning + afternoon - Additional project work
